How fast can we be running?

Where is our data stored and who can see it?
In a secure cloud workspace, encrypted in transit and at rest. Each organization is isolated at the database level, so your boards are visible only to the people you invite. Export everything to Excel at any time, and request permanent deletion whenever you want.
Do we pay per user?
No. Pricing is per facility, not per head. Put every supervisor, lead, and operator on the board without watching the bill.
What do we need from IT?
Little to nothing. It runs in any modern browser on any device, including the TV on your floor. Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari, on Mac, Windows, and Chromebook. There is nothing to install and no desktop agent. Some sites ask IT to allowlist the domain on a locked down network, and that is usually the whole ask.
Can we run multiple sites?
Yes. Each facility gets its own board, with its own metrics and its own users, and you switch between them from one login. That is what the Multi Site license is for.
Is there still an offline version?
Yes. The standalone HTML edition is a single file that runs with no internet and no account, for a one time price. It suits a single supervisor with a single board. The cloud workspace is for teams that need a shared board, history, and multiple site boards.
